My name is Jaffer Hussain, and I help busy urban professionals manage stress, stay active, and navigate life challenges with ease. As a yoga teacher with over 200 hours of certification, specialized athlete training, and extensive Vipassana meditation experience, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how mindfulness and movement can transform daily life. One of the biggest struggles my audience faces is balancing wellness with a demanding schedule. Having personally faced the challenges of stress, inconsistency, and city life, I’ve found yoga to be a powerful, non-dogmatic way to stay grounded and agile - both physically and mentally. I’ve made it my calling to share these tools with others so they can achieve similar peace and balance. My teaching is down-to-earth, accessible, and relatable, focusing on simple yet effective practices that fit seamlessly into everyday life.
This is The Feel Good Yoga Membership — a space I’ve created to help you move, breathe, and feel better in your body. This studio is updated regularly with new classes, mostly in short video format, so you can easily fit practice into your day — even if you're busy. Here, the focus is on helping you feel good.
